Life can feel overwhelming, whether you’re dealing with intrusive thoughts, emotional dysregulation, or patterns that keep you stuck. Therapy is a space to slow down, untangle the noise, and figure out a way forward that actually makes sense for your life. I take a real, no-BS approach—offering support, perspective shifts, and tools to help you regain control.

Transitioning from a higher level of care—whether for addiction, eating disorders, or other mental health challenges—can feel overwhelming. The structure and support of PHP/IOP helped you stabilize, but now you’re stepping into the next phase: building an outpatient team that keeps you moving forward.
I work closely with treatment providers, dietitians, psychiatrists, and medical professionals to ensure a smooth transition from intensive care to outpatient therapy, maintaining consistency and continuity in your recovery. Our work together focuses on sustaining progress, strengthening coping skills, and adjusting to life outside of treatment—without losing the support that helped you get here.
If you or your provider are looking for a collaborative, experienced therapist to support this next step, I’m here to help. Let’s make this transition one that works for you.

Supporting someone struggling with mental health or addiction is hard, and it’s easy to feel lost, helpless, or burned out. Caregiver support therapy is a space for you—to process, set boundaries, and learn how to show up for your loved one without losing yourself in the process. You don’t have to do this alone.

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I integrate DBT, CBT, behavioral, psychoeducational, and developmental theories, but our work together is always tailored to you. I collaborate with other practitioners—whether that’s psychiatrists, dietitians, or medical providers—to ensure your care is cohesive and consistent. If it’s helpful, I also bring in family systems work, helping clients navigate relationships and dynamics in a way that supports their healing rather than hinders it.
